[icedtea-web] RFC: Add additional lookup location for JUnit4 jar

[Dr Andrew John Hughes]

JUnit is installed in /usr/share/junit-4/lib/junit.jar on Gentoo systems.
The attached patch adds this location to those searched for JUnit 4.
