IcedTea-Web 1.1 branching on Wesnesday

Hi,

Significant development has been done on IcedTea-Web since 1.0 was
branched and I think it is time to start thinking of 1.1. I was 
thinking of branching at end of Wesnesday (Apr. 13th) and then a 
release on the 26th after making sure things are stable.

Once branched, no more features will be allowed in.

Please let me know if you have any concerns about the above dates.
