RFC: drop netx.jar and plugin.jar from bootclasspath

Hi,

The attached patches drop netx.jar and plugin.jar from hotspot's 
bootclasspath in icedtea6 and icedtea7. Since the only addition to the 
bootclasspath is rhino, the patches also move the addition to 
bootclasspath to the rhino patch. I would like to commit these patches 
to head(s) only.

Since netx.jar and plugin.jar are removed from the bootclasspath, future 
releases of icedtea6/7 will not work with icedtea-web 1.0, at least as 
1.0 currently stands. It should be possible to icedtea-web 1.0 to make 
it work. Icedtea-web 1.1 onwards should work fine.

Any thoughts or concerns?
