and we retain copies of the dependencies at:

http://icedtea.classpath.org/download/drops/

If you mean binaries, then we don't produce any and neither do we intend to. 
That's handled by distributions, who have a far better understanding of the
state of various platform dependencies.  We could make binaries available, but
they wouldn't work on all x86 systems, never mind other architectures, due to
the various libraries, etc.
