I've added this test to a exclude list with an explanation why this test
is "blacklisted". hg diff with the proposed change for IcedTea7 is
stored in an attachment and here is ChangeLog entry:

2011-05-20  Pavel Tisnovsky  <ptisnovs at redhat.com>

        * test/jtreg/excludelist.jdk.jtx:
        Added LocaleEnhanceTest to a JTreg exclude list,
        because the test base class can not be used
        in IcedTea due to questionable licence.

Do you think it is ok to push this change to IcedTea7?
