Icedtea-web relies on the http header field "last-modified" (a list of http
header fields can be found here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_header_fields). This field is missing
for this jar, I'm not sure what Oracle does in this scenario.

FWIW, -noupdate works just fine for me.
