I reproduced this bug across many networks here in Prague(Though all on the
same machine).  The page loads fine under Java Plug-in 10.0.0.13 Using JRE
version 1.7.0_02-b13 Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM on the same machine.  Do you
see a password box on the right under the title "Certificate in file", or the
text "Downloading and initializing the applet.."?
