[icedtea-web][rfc] Update to AppletTakesLastParam reproducer

[Adam Domurad]

This is a minor update to AppletTakesLastParam (no bug report associated).
This will cause the reproducer to finish more quickly (as well as having 
a bit of code cleanup).
