Err, why did you remove "codebase" here? Isn't {1} supposed to be substituted 
with the current Applet/Application's codebase?

I'm asking because I am trying to figure out the meaning and purpose of these 
ALACA (btw, a terrible acronym :D ) messages while localizing.
