So what change are you suggesting? Do you have a patch?
I've said that we'll include the dynamic heap patch, but it's not appropriate
in the middle of a release series.
javadoc has not changed so I'm not sure why you would see a memory increase. I
believe 8 has a better javadoc (and probably 9 even more so). Working on that
would probably be a better direction in which to place your efforts.
