Reproduce: run 'java -jar josm-tested.jar'.

My OS is opensuse 14.2 with OpenJDK. I'm not a software engineer, just plain
user. About NSS, mozilla-nss was updated the day before the bug appeared?

I use the app. 'josm-tested.jar' a lot, so for now i solved the problem by
uninstalling OpenJDK, and installing jre 1.8.0_121.
