Javadoc & binary snapshots are on was: Use binary dependencies

Thanks Stefan,
looks like the Javadoc at
http://lafo.ssw.uni-linz.ac.at/javadoc/truffle/latest/
has been updated and the binaries for
https://github.com/graalvm/truffle/commit/aa58a258b10c344b8f3abca6a18911435a6f92fc
are now at
https://curio.ssw.jku.at/nexus/content/repositories/snapshots/com/oracle/truffle/truffle-api/aa58a258b10c344b8f3abca6a18911435a6f92fc-SNAPSHOT/

Looks like we are ready to start using binary dependencies again.
