Sync jdk9/hs-comp and jdk9/hs (ppc-aix changes)

Hi Vladimir,

thanks for doing the the testing and merging.

There's one small issue we found on AIX:

Change https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8031968 moved
os::get_default_process_handle() from os_posix.cpp back to the various
platform files but didn't do this for AIX. The fix is trivial - just
sent out a RFR.

So if you could please push that fix first, everything is ready for
merging the port into jdk9/hs.

Any idea when this will finally arrive in jdk9/dev?

As far as I understand, you'll push the whole jdk9/hs-comp forest to
jdk9/hs right? I'm just asking, because we have a jdk change in
jdk9/hs-comp/jdk which is needed for AIX. So this must be pushed into
jdk9/hs/jdk as well. Also the whole jdk9/hs forest will have to be
pushed to jdk9/dev for the same reason.
