Sync jdk9/hs-comp and jdk9/hs (ppc-aix changes)

I am pushing this and 2 fixes from Goetz. I will push into jdk9/hs after 
that.

I assume it will be next week after PIT testing on code in jdk9/hs is 
done. But it is not guaranteed, could be week after next.

I see only 8033154 fix in jdk which I need to push into main. I will 
push it together with hotspot and ask Alejandro to push it into dev 
after testing is done.
