+1. I occasionally think about writing a tool for this, perhaps also to be
used as part of a "build" test, but never seem to gather sufficient 'tuits.
But such a tool would need a mechanism for listing exceptions anyway...

A comment similar to that in the orderAccess files would suffice for me as well.
