Nominating Mikael Gerdin to be an OpenJDK committer and a reviewer

I vote in favor to grant Mikael the holy title as committer and reviewer.
And let me state for the record that I think this process is ridiculous when
applied to Oracle employed JVM developers. If we don't trust someone to review
our code then maybe we shouldn't hire them in the first place.
