Bug 6584033 actually fixes two issues, the second relating to the
interaction between the timezone setting, the security manager and
signed jars: http://icedtea.classpath.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=381
It was fixed in OpenJDK7 b22, but there is no testcase to ensure this
doesn't regress. Mark Wielaard provided one and this has since been
approved for OpenJDK6 by Joe Darcy (along with the backported fix):
