<i18n dev> RFR: Currency updates for JDK 7

Hi Sean,

What's the reason behind including those l10n changes (6931564/8027695) 
that has nothing to do with the currency data updates? It seems kind of 
odd to me to include those changes, leaving other l10n changes.
