<i18n dev> Information Request: supplementalData.xml's extra long line

Hi All,

Could someone please take a look at line 5144 in supplementalData.xml, and 
tell me what it's meant to be for?

http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk/jdk/file/c71f40e37583/src/jdk.localedata/share/classes/sun/util/cldr/resources/common/supplemental/supplementalData.xml

There's a lot of data on that one line, and I'm having difficulty with the 
file as a result. 

Does it need to hold all that information? Could the line be shrunk to a 
size similar to the other lines?

Primarily: What is likely to break if I change this?
