<i18n dev> Information Request: supplementalData.xml's extra long line

Hi Adam,

Those files in that directory are incorporated from CLDR as is:

https://www.unicode.org/repos/cldr/trunk/common/supplemental/supplementalData.xml

Surely the line is too long, but we don't modify those xml files in our 
repository.
