JEP proposed to target JDK 10 (2017/12/6)

Hello. What does the LTS means ? did it restrict some limit about the
release progress?

For similar example. ubuntu lts will provided 5year or longer support.

How about the LTS means with the new Time-Based Release Versioning with JDK?
