The meaning of LTS is up to the implementor.  One implementor might
provide five-year LTS releases every other year, another might choose
to provide twenty-year LTS releases every four years.  JEP 322 doesn't
assign any specific meaning to "LTS", it merely provides a standard way
to indicate that one release is part of a series of long-term-support
releases from its implementor.
