Hi,

Please review this l10n resource file update for msg drop 10 of JDK 12.

As I can tell, some messages were added and got translations, as well as 
some translations got update.

We kicked off the msg drop on Dec 20 on jdk/jdk12 forest. If you found 
any l10n message related to your work missed here, pls let me know and 
provide the list of file path of resource files involved.
