@Jaikiran, could you please create a bug for that change, generate a webrev and
send a RFR to the build-dev ML?

I don't have strong feelings about oprofile_data as I said, but would like to
ignore 'hsdis/build' too. In either case, we can discuss it when reviewing at
build-dev ML.
