JEP proposed to target JDK 15: 384: Records (Second Preview)

I'm very happy to see Records moving forwards - I can't wait to start using
them more.
I am somewhat curious about deconstruction patterns, though. Can someone
speak to what happened there? They didn't seem to be part of JEP 375 so I
was expecting to see them here, but they're not mentioned.
