I hereby nominate Fei Gao (aka. Faye Gao, OpenJDK: fgao) [1] to JDK committer.

Fei is currently a member of the Arm JDK team and has so far contributed 18 changes [2][3] to OpenJDK mainline. Her patches include several non-trivial C2 JIT compiler optimizations and bug fixes, for both x86 and AArch64.

Votes are due by 9:00 UTC December 27, 2022.
