I hereby nominate Hao Sun (OpenJDK: haosun) [1] to JDK committer.

Hao is currently a member of the Arm JDK team and has so far contributed 28 changes [2] to OpenJDK mainline. His big refactoring patch of merging NEON and SVE matching rules has great benefit for AArch64. Apart from this, he also has several non-trivial HotSpot fixes.
