RFC: 32-bit x86 port maintenance, stepping down as maintainer

Thanks for your efforts in maintaining the 32 bit x86 Ports!

I would say sign me up since I don't like seeing supported platforms
go down in flames, but I am not oblivious to the fact that maintaining
an entire Port of Java (Not just with a different compiler from the
usual one used to compile the JDK, which I already do for Windows) is
highly likely to be far outside what I am capable of :(

Just to be clear, we're talking about 32 bit Linux here? Windows 32
bit has already been deprecated and macOS doesn't seem like it had a
32 bit Port to begin with, at least from what I can see
