[11u]: RFR JDK-8227368: EnumSet.class serialization broken in JDK 9+

Hi Stuart,
The CSR is fine except that I would not use the shorthand 'svuid' to refer
to the serial version uid. Spell it out.
I added myself as a Reviewer.
