[11u] RFR 8152988: [AOT] Update test batch definitions to include aot-ed java.base module mode into hs-comp testing

Hi,

I would like to downport this change.
I assume Oracle downported this change too.
They downported 8217613, which changes in the code introduced by
this change. Unfortunately, this change is closed. I have asked to
open it up, though.

I had to do a simple resolve in RunTestsPrebuilt.gmk.
11 passes an additional argument to macro CreateNewSpec (MEMORY_SIZE),
therefore the patch did not apply.
