Hi Matthias,

I can see that the modifications you had to do to make/devkit/createWindowsDevkit2017.sh come from a missing backport of https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8219988. However, as the latter one also removes the files for creating 2013 and 2015 devkits, it's no good candidate for a backport. So I'm fine with your modifications.
