Thanks for making this available publicly.

Based on what we plan to do with hs14, I assume we want to merge this
into the OpenJDK6 repository once b17 is out.  Is this correct?

I would suggest that we tag the revisions, at least in the jdk6
version, as this doesn't seem to be being doing in the main HotSpot
repositories.  This would allow people to check out e.g. hs14b16 or
hs16b08 as hg clone -r hs14b16
