make/java/nio/FILES_java.gmk does not list Unicode.java

Looks okay to me. I've created a bug to track this:

6912893: (build) make/java/nio/FILES_java.gmk doesn't list 
sun.nio.cs.Unicode

I agree on pushing this to jdk7 too (jdk7/jdk7/jdk would be best).
