Yes and no. I modified the jcheck configuration so we would accept any
numeric bug ids. I hadn't considered using bug ids of the form
OPENJDK6-X. Now that I check, "OPENJDK6-X" doesn't work with jcheck. I
am trying to fix jcheck to allow this (while enforcing things like
Summary/Reviewed-by/Contributed-by).
