Heads up: JDK 7 Linux platforms moving to Fedora 9

For the builds a linux flavored was picked (as we only get to pick one 
or two -- 32 bit and 64 bit) based on a list of pros and cons and one of 
the pros being the need for an rpm based system, hence Fedora made sense.

Sun will build using Fedora 9 for now -- the builds will run in most 
flavors of linux, and the builds can built on most flavors as well.
