[7u4] Request for approval : 7058133 : Javah should use the freshly built classes instead of those from the BOOTDIR jdk

Do you know when the Makefiles for JDK8 will get this change? Is there a 
CR tracking it? I want to make sure we don't forget to fix 8 after the 
fix is in 7 updates :) If you have a CR for making the change in 8, 
please go ahead and push to 7 updates.
