OS X preview only installs on Lion?

I reinstalled SnowLeopard on my MBP (on external HD) with Xcode 3.2.6.

I rebuilt OpenJDK 7 for master branch (jdk7u/jdk7u) on Snow (10.6.8)
and released packages on openjdk-osx-build :
