Rationale for inclusion in 7u4:
    Impact:
       Resolves a noticeable visual artifact that may affect any Swing 
application using popup-menus, or, say, owned dialogs.
    Risk:
       MEDIUM: the fix changes the logic that establishes the 
parent-child relationship between top-level windows on the native level.
