[7u communication] Changes to JDK 7u10 plans

The CPU changesets will be pushed to jdk7u repo after the CPU is
released. This is normal practice. Changesets can be grabbed and applied
from those. How would you normally do this ? Stabilization forests for
CPUs are not maintained.
