[7u communication] Changes to JDK 7u10 plans

Today I'm building openjdk7 from jdk7u repo but I do it for jdk7u4, jdk7u6
in the past.

If CPU changesets are applied back to jdk7u after they're released, it will
works for me, users of community versions will be guaranteed to have fixes
applied in time.
