[7u40] Request for phase 2 approval for CR-8011686 [macosx] AWT accidentally disables the NSApplicationDelegate of SWT, causing loss of OS X integration functionality

Hello,
This is a request for phase 2 approval to push the fix for 8011686 into
the 7u40 repo. The fix is already is the JDK 8 repo.

Fix rational: This is a simple fix which stops AWT from disabling the ApplicationDelegate used by SWT.

SQE has tested the fix and is OK with pushing it to 7u40.
