[7u80] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs24.80-b01

Requesting approval to integrate hs24.80-b01 into jdk7u80-b01.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk8 repository.
All these but 8033524 (Set minor version for hotspot in 7u80 to 80 and build number to b01
) are approved for 7u60 and should import cleanly into 7u60/hotspot
