Yes - I see that the bug has the critical approval label. However, as 
per Dalibor's mail, an approval request is required on the OpenJDK 
jdk7u-dev mailing list [1]. If nothing else, it helps to keep everyone 
up to date on the incoming fixes and provides records of reviews and 
webrevs in one email.
