LJC OpenJDK Warnings hack day

Hi Chris,

Thanks!  Hopefully Q's will be kept to a minimum, but I'll probably ask
about the sorts of review rules that would make you say "That's not a
trivial change" or "it's more dangerous than you first think" and add them
to our pre-review list.  We'll pre-review and bundle up the patches, so it
won't be on the day that we pass them on.
