Alan,
Sure! I will take ownership of the JDK-8057747 bug.
The jdk/test/sun/util/calendar/zi/TestZoneInfo310.java failure is known 
and it's root cause most probably in JSR310 implementation - the 
JDK-8051641 was already filed.
About other failed tests (Sorry about that) - I will fix it soon today.
