[8u40] RFA: 8049343 and 8057747

Hello,
The bug failures (8057747) introduced by tzdata2014g changes in JDK9 
were resolved.
Can I ask for an approval for the tzdata2014g (8049343) integration and 
related test failures (8057747) fix?
The following tests were executed (via JPRT and no failures were 
observed) for build with applied unshuffled patches: 
jdk_other,jdk_util,jdk_text and jdk_time.
