Good point. I've just pushed a change to the 8u documentation that 
removes that out-of-date terminology. Thanks.

No, but its still just like the final phase of the 7 updates project :)

Technically correct. Subjectively I tend to combine the CPU/PSUs into a 
single release. (so I was counting 8) It may not meet the definition of 
"a few", but I don't think it qualifies as "many" either!
