[8u Communication] 8u162 Timeline

The JDK 8 Updates master forest has been gathering fixes for 8u162 since
RDP2 of 8u152. I'd like to propose the following timeline for that
release:

* June 2017 [8u-dev forest begins collecting 8u162 fixes]
* End Oct 2017 [RampDown 2]
* Jan 2018 [GA]

This should release in parallel with the 8u161 CPU release and contain
all fixes from that CPU.

I'll update the Project page with these proposed dates shortly. As
always, these dates are preliminary and are subject to change.
