[8u-dev] 8178370 : [TEST_BUG] java/security/Signature/SignatureLength.java fails

Hello!

I'd like to backport this test bug fix to jdk 8u-dev.

The fix applies as is (modulo the file path change).

The fixed test passes on all platforms.
