I hereby nominate Prasadrao Koppula  (pkoppula) to JDK 8 Updates Project 
Committer.

Prasad has been working primarily in the security-libs and core-libs 
areas of the JDK. He has contributed a range of fixes to the JDK 8 
Updates Project [0].
